Commission Terms

1. 01

   Payment is made through the method agreed in our conversation, in USD. Work on the final rendering begins once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received.

2. 02

   Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial licence is agreed in writing beforehand.

3. 03

   I retain the copyright to the artwork I create and may display finished pieces in my portfolio and on social media. Please let me know in advance if your piece is private or a gift.

4. 04

   Please credit Emerald Outcast when posting the artwork online. Do not resell, redistribute, trace, or use the artwork to train AI models.

5. 05

   Two rounds of revisions are included at the sketch stage. Significant changes after approval may be quoted as additional work.

6. 06

   Refunds are available before the sketch is approved. After rendering has begun, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion based on work completed.

7. 07

   I reserve the right to decline any request, including hateful content, or subject matter I am not comfortable illustrating.
